Our story began in 1916 in the heart of Ybor City, where our ancestors—part of the historic Sicilian migration—first laid roots as merchants and tradesmen. By the 1920s, the family expanded into the "heights," becoming pioneer builders and property owners along Frierson Avenue in Seminole Heights. For us, building isn't just a business; it’s a lineage. From the historic brick storefronts of Ybor to the iconic bungalows of the North Tampa expansion, the LoRe family has helped shape the architectural fabric of this city for four generations. Why Our History Matters Today, as a Certified Building Contractor (CBC #1251349) and Realtor, I carry that century of tradition forward. Having been a builder myself since 1986, I combine modern innovation with the same "built-to-last" philosophy my grandfather, Giusseppe, and Baldassare LoRe applied to the very first family properties over 100 years ago.  Generational Expertise: We understand Florida’s unique terrain and climate because we’ve been building on it since the horse-and-buggy era.  Deep Local Roots: We don't just work in these neighborhoods; we helped create them.
